Do a simple stretch: When you face an anxiety attack the breath may fall too short or shallow. Once you find the panic-stand up and start doing some simple stretching. If you manage to squeeze in yawn you may tame the attack in faster manner. Focus on breathing: If you don’t wish to master the technique of meditation, simply inhale for three counts and also exhale for five. Repeat this exercise as many times possible. Imagine how your mind and body gets cool down.

Focus on using peripheral vision: To activate with your parasympathetic nervous system, use simple meditation technique. Focus your graze on imaginary point in-front of you. It also helps to relax your focus and use with your peripheral vision. If you try to take in everything around with soft focus. It also signals your brain to relax. There are some medicines that helps to fight anxiety. They are Alko and Ativan 2MG (Lorazepam) These medicines are taken only on Doctor’s prescription but are certain remedies to remove anxiety disorders.
